Rates
All rates are quoted in euros, per day, including breakfast or half board (breakfast and dinner), service and VAT, currently 10%.
The local tourist tax is not included in the room/suite rate and amounts to € 3.80 per person per day. Children and teenagers under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax. The tourist tax is payable upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
We reserve the right to make price adjustments due to economic conditions.

The photos shown for the different room and suite categories are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding. Within the same category, rooms may vary in location, view, size, layout, flooring and furnishings.
Reductions for the 3rd and 4th bed
- 0 – 2.99 years: € 50.00 per day
- 3 – 7.99 years: 60% reduction
- 8 – 11.99 years: 50% reduction
- from 12 years: 40% reduction
Cancellation, late arrival or early departure
The cancellation conditions stated in the booking confirmation apply.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to charge the booked room until the agreed departure date.
Cancellations are accepted in written form only.
Deposit and travel cancellation insurance

We recommend that all guests take out travel cancellation insurance. Depending on the applicable insurance conditions, it may cover cancellation costs and refund deposits or advance payments already made.
Final payment
For payment, we accept: cash up to a maximum amount of € 4,999.00, EC card/Bancomat, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and bank transfer / instant bank transfer.
Bank transfers and instant bank transfers are considered valid only if the amount is credited to our account on working days and during bank opening hours.
The cashier’s desk is open daily from 08:00 to 22:00.
Dinner
If half board has not been booked, guests staying on a bed & breakfast basis may add dinner for an extra charge. The price is € 80.00 per person per evening.
Alternatively, guests may order à la carte.
Wellness – access and rules
Access to the sauna area is permitted for guests aged 14 and over.
Meetings & seminars
A meeting and seminar room is available on request and subject to availability. For hotel guests staying overnight, use of the room is included on request.
Parking

- Underground garage: € 25.00 per day in winter; € 15.00 per day in summer
Ski and ski boot depot
A personal ski and ski boot locker with boot dryer is available.
Bike depot
The bike depot is free of charge.
Pets
Pets are permitted on request only. For dogs, we charge € 45.00 per day, excluding food.
Out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room, hotel restaurant, swimming pool, sauna area or relaxation area. Meals with your dog are possible at the hotel bar. Thank you for your understanding.
Südtirol Guest Pass
All guests of Hotel Sassongher receive the Südtirol Guest Pass. With this pass, public buses in South Tyrol can be used free of charge.
