Honored to present the Hotel Sassongher’s Team. Perhaps for the first time, despite the tiredness and the late hour at the end of the Christmas Eve, this year we took some moments to capture some of the team’s pictures. Here’s therefore for you the impeccable and elegant restaurant staff, led by the Maitre Giancarlo and Luca, with Regina, Ibrahim, Gianfranco, Sandro, Nicoletta, Maurizio, Pasquale e Daniele. With great professionalism they take care of the mise en place and suggest dishes, combinations and prestigious wines, assuring a great food experience.
The other picture is of the team in the kitchen, the great brigade led by Chef Raffaele Mattera. Our big thank you for the creativity and care in creating dishes with unforgettable flavours, from the most traditional to the international ones, without forgetting the desserts artfully prepared by the head pastry chef Aniello Iacona, true masterpieces.
The taste of the ladin hospitality
The flavor of Ladin hospitality is perceived right from the welcome desk, and here goes our thanks to Regina and Francesca and to the whole reception team. The fil rouge of hospitality (and of our warmest thanks!) passes from the staff of the rooms, of the service, of the assistance and maintenance with its guardian angel Jaki, the splendid masseuses and the staff of the wellness area. A must to be mentioned, the Bar run by the legendary Saro, who knows how to create the right atmosphere, thanks also to his colleague Daniele and the pianist Alberto. The Sassongher Team is the beating heart of our Hotel, flanked by Rita, who with a refined touch knows how to create wonderful decorations in a warm Ladin style.
