“We stayed for a week in mid-August at this beautiful property located at the foot of the mountain that shares its name. We don’t usually stay in five-star hotels, but what we found here impressed us from start to finish — from the staff’s attentiveness to the chef’s creativity in combining flavors.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and decorated in authentic Alpine style, as were the many common areas. The hotel’s signature touch lies in its Ladin-inspired details and furnishings — we loved the carved wooden benches in the corridors and the themed stube with their ancient beams!

Breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious, with à la carte evening menus and a generous morning buffet. The chef and waiters were happy to accommodate personal requests (our child adored the lentil patties!). The service team was attentive and genuinely kind. The indoor area includes a large pool and spa, while outside there’s a lovely whirlpool and sun terrace. A range of massages can be booked — all excellent! Outdoor parking is available, though not covered.

Despite the atmosphere of a five-star hotel, the friendliness and warmth of the staff balance the formality sometimes found in similar places. Room rates are on the higher side, but in line with other luxury properties in Trentino.
