Aperitif in the Gherdenacia

It’s an aperitif and we think about that little adorable habit to live in good company. That glass of wine or the favorite cocktail accompanied by some delicious snacks, makes you live pleasant moments of pleasure and relaxation. Here in Val Badia we are never satisfied, you know. For this reason we go further, proposing an exceptional aperitif event: Aperitif at Gardenaccia- Gherdenacia, an event that invites you to taste your own aperitif based on fine wines at the foot of Gardeniaccia, admiring the mountain range of Sasso Santa Croce, Lavarela and Conturines. An evocative location that in the late afternoon will give an enchantment: the peaks will assume the colors of red, orange, pink and gold, creating the Enrosadira, a unique natural phenomenon that colors the rock of the Dolomites at sunset.

Dining with the bear
An evening of haute cuisine, accompanied by notes of geology Friday, 24.08.2018. The location is very special: the museum “Museum Ladin Ursus ladinicus”, the museum dedicated to the prehistoric route of the Dolomites lived 40,000 years ago. The occasion is irresistible: the great chefs of some of the prestigious restaurants of Alta Badia present haute cuisine accompanied by prestigious and selected wines. The company of geologists and naturalists who guide guests through the rooms of the Museum telling the story of the mythical bear and the territory, makes the event even more extraordinary. After the Museum Opening, an event proposed on the 27th of July, the exhibition of events continues at the Museum of San Cassiano in Val Badia, with this very special dinner not to be missed. Saus dl bosch – Forest Delights
Music, fun and typical dishes in the animal park of Colfosco Tuesday, 21.08.2018
The animal park at the entrance to Colfosco is the scene of a special gastronomic festival, “Saus dl bosch – Forest delights“, which takes place throughout the day of August 21, from 11.30 to 17.00. Immersed in nature, in the cool of the woods, you can taste typical dishes of the Ladin tradition, such as panicia (barley soup), les bales (more variants of dumplings), pulënta (polenta), les furtaies (fried sweet spiral-shaped). Instead of classic stands, typical wooden houses are set up for the occasion, creating a magical atmosphere that is also very pleasing to children. The beauty of nature, Ladin music, local wines, delicacies for the palate: the best for a carefree day in one of the most beautiful destinations of the Dolomites.
